I delayed starting this programme because I lost someone very close to me.
I started it 5 days ago. I do feel a change happening and I find myself talking in my sleep reinforcing what Marisa says while I'm under hypnosis.
My one issue is that I don't conjure up images. So when I am going down the stairs I try to feel going down the stairs etc. I feel Marisa goes through that part a bit fast and I don't think I am fully hypnotised. (compared to how I felt when doing it with her youtube talks). . I also started the RTT course. My first VC is this evening. I love the course. I hope this helps firstname.lastname@example.org
I had quit smoking a few years ago, but during COVID lockdown I had started to have one every so often, which quickly turned into a regular habit again.
