I liked a lot this audio and has helped me a lot with my public relationships, especially at work. Unlike the previous reviewer, I liked the fact that the trance induction is missing. I have so many audios from Marisa and I am trained to relax by myself, therefore I do not have to skip the audio every time I use it. Very good, I totally recommend it.
This audio has some really great content in it; could be super helpful however unlike the rest of marisa peers audios, this one does not help you relax/put you in trance from the start so you just directly start hearing affirmations.
