I love the emotional eating series. I’ve been an addictive and habitual eater for ever and in just a few short weeks of using this program I am finally feeling free from my food obsessions!

Useful tool

I found the course insightful and worthwhile. The content was interesting and I believe the methodology. Unfortunately, it didn't have an impact on my weight/patterns after the 30 days. It's been 60 days and I'm not what I'm missing.

Though I already had my right weight due to a detoxyfying programm, which I did before, it was so helpful to do this course, because I am a very sabotaging person. I made the course regularly and found out, that I am more than 2 eating types, exactely 4 types. But so it worked and I am still doing it several times a week, For me, the result was not immediate and the process ruther curvy. But it worked and I am still learning how to nourish me in a good way, to find out, what is really good for my body.

Wow! Finally I have a healthy relationship with food.

The emotional eating course was a huge eye opener. I had always been a yo yo dieter, weight always up and down because I'd go on a diet, lose weight, and then revert back to my old eating habits. Of the 6 eating types, Marisa showed me that im an addictive eater. I had no idea. The regression hypnosis was amazing, I had so many aha moments, and I couldn't stop taking notes. After listening to the hypnosis for about a month, I have no cravings for foods I used to eat like pizza, chocolate, or croissants. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to eat healthy. It's really changed my life

The best diet related hypnosis I’ve come across.

I’ve listened to other weight loss hypnosis audios before. But nothing has ever really worked as they were too generic. This program is more focused on your individual issues. I’ve been listening to it on and off for a couple of weeks and really noticed a change happening. I’m sure if you listened more frequently, you would see quicker results
