Hypnosis is simply getting access to your subconscious mind. Your mind is more accepting and receptive to change when under hypnosis, meaning you’re more likely to see better results and a more significant transformation. Hypnosis is completely natural. If you’ve ever found yourself driving your car home from work on autopilot, or in a trance-like state when you’ve been watching TV, you’ve gone into a state of hypnosis.
What Makes Hypnosis Effective?
For hypnosis to be effective, you have to want the change to happen. During hypnosis, the mind becomes excited and receptive to change. When in hypnosis, you are able to rewire changes into your mind and your mind is more able to easily accept them. I am a 65-year-old woman who has been over eating for more than 55 years.
It all started when I was 10 years old. I was hit by a car and hospitalized for more than six mounts, left alone and very far away from my parents and family. While I was hospitalized I gained more than fifty pounds and since then I have struggled to loose weight.
I left my home at the age of 16. Again I was alone and I developed bulimia. This lasted for more than 50 years, until this year (02-02-2020) when I finally understood the reason why, and the bulimia stopped for the very first time in all my adult life.

I took the online test which confirmed what I already knew, I'm a mood eater. The regression exercise was surprisingly eye opening as I recalled scenes from my childhood I didn't remember.
