I have been using the rewiring audio for two weeks and I am definitely starting to notice changes in my eating. I don't feel very hungry and I am satisfied with small portions. I have always eaten healthy, but I am always losing the same 10 kilogrammes. I think the breakthrough moment came during the regression hypnosis, which I did three times. I realised in seeing a scene from my childhood that although I am consciously trying to lose weight, subconsciously I have been trying to put it on! As soon as I understood that, something shifted. I am excited to see where I will be in a month or two.

Not quite right for me - I mustn't have filled out the questionnaire correctly?

I enjoyed listening to it, and appreciated it greatly but it unfortunately didn't really address my problems. Maybe I'm not a destructive eater after-all as I felt I couldn't really identify with the hypothetical(?) reasons for why I can't stop eating when I know it's bad for me to overeat. I felt myself trying to ignore the suggested reasons for my current mind-set during the hypnosis? My upbringing was totally opposite with regard to food availability. I really tried... I'm sorry. I think I must have answered the questionnaire incorrectly?? I would love to try the questionnaire again, but I can't figure out my main issue?
