Hypnosis is simply getting access to your subconscious mind. Your mind is more accepting and receptive to change when under hypnosis, meaning you’re more likely to see better results and a more significant transformation. Hypnosis is completely natural. If you’ve ever found yourself driving your car home from work on autopilot, or in a trance-like state when you’ve been watching TV, you’ve gone into a state of hypnosis.
What Makes Hypnosis Effective?
For hypnosis to be effective, you have to want the change to happen. During hypnosis, the mind becomes excited and receptive to change. When in hypnosis, you are able to rewire changes into your mind and your mind is more able to easily accept them. Hypnosis can be a powerful tool when you want to unlock a transformation, overcome a block or address issues at the root cause.

I enjoyed listening to it, and appreciated it greatly but it unfortunately didn't really address my problems. Maybe I'm not a destructive eater after-all as I felt I couldn't really identify with the hypothetical(?) reasons for why I can't stop eating when I know it's bad for me to overeat. I felt myself trying to ignore the suggested reasons for my current mind-set during the hypnosis? My upbringing was totally opposite with regard to food availability. I really tried... I'm sorry. I think I must have answered the questionnaire incorrectly?? I would love to try the questionnaire again, but I can't figure out my main issue? I listen to the hypnosis every day, sometimes twice if it's my day off. I am making great food choices, have eliminated all sugar, gluten and dairy and I'm back into my workout regimen.
